AC Charging Piles exclusively offer power output without inherent charging functionality; they rely on the OBCs to convert the AC power into direct current (DC) for charging the vehicle's battery. Operating with an output power not exceeding 7kW, AC Charging Piles typically require 5 to 8 hours to fully charge a vehicle's battery, depending on the battery capacity and actual charging power of different vehicle models.
